Well, the Mastermind group was a success. All the attendees were keen to form the group.
We have our next meet on the 11th, which will be our first formal meet.
We each have to prepare and email a summary of our businesses and goals for the group to consider before meeting.
I had to do a bit of a drive to see some clients yesterday evening and listened to a Anthony Robbins tape about goal setting in the different areas of my life. Now I need to relisten to the section that details specifics so that I can write them down, difficult when driving!
My income has trickled in below expenditure for the week, BUT, quite a few cases have now completed so I have about £5000 due to me and payable in the next week or so. Can't come soon enough.
I feel good in that I made a significant payment to a family helper who had paid off some credit in exchange for an annual interest payment. It had not felt good keeping him waiting for nearly 6 months before affording this years payment. I will be all square when my pay gets through and also set aside some for next years payment.
So, still positive about the goal and getting more and more focussed everyday.

Debt date 29th November 2006
I had a call asking for 'The Secret' back. So pleased I sat down and watched it again.
I was given another dvd in return, this one called 'Living an exceptional life' by Jim Rohn. I managed to listen to part of it but still need to view the dvd .
Again amazed by events in that I had a call off a client I dealt with over 2 years ago, yet had stopped by to see a few weeks ago. His parents had just sold their business and had over 800k in the bank and needed some advice as to what to do and who best to see for help with their planning.
This is perfect work for me as it involves a bit of discussion then some analysis and then a recommendation to the best adviser I know for their personal circumstance.
Whoever it is they share with me the revenue, which means, I can then go on and do what I am good at. Also, this revenue is pure debt busting revenue!
This evening I arranged a new mortgage for a young couple as well as their protection life covers. All in all a good evenings work and half my weeks target reached.
Let's see what the morrow brings.

Debt date 27 November 2006
Managed to lose my sign-in info for the blog! good start. Back on track now though.
Well, first working day on the campaign. No new bill arrived today but I did hear that some income payment should be paid soon.
The line of work I am in means that I will complete some business on behalf of clients. This then starts a process which finally means the clients has what they want and then I than have to wait for the payments to be made to me for the introduction.
The longer term plan to beat the debt does move forward this week though.
Later in the week I have initiated a 'Mastermind' group. We will have an inaugral meeting to discuss terms.
Those invited were all keen to accept, though some were a little puzzeled and apprehensive.
I believe I have selected as good group. They are all people I have known for a while, though our business paths to not directly cross. We may meet at various networking events etc and have a good understanding of each others businesses.
The persons invited are: A banker, a business/manangement trainer, a finance director, a personal coach and a recruitment consultant.
Also a good friend stopped by and gave me a dvd called 'The SECRET'. An amazing programme which I will watch a few more times yet. I realise that by deciding to commit to financial freedom I have already started a process which will bring that about. This friend had not been to my house for over a year, even though we meet quite regularly. Yet he felt he had to get in his car and drive to my house late in the evening to give me the dvd!
I have also started re reading Psycho-cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, another amazing read yet now I feel ready to follow instructions and believe in myself and above all, see and feel myself financially FREE!!

Debt date 25 November 2006
Well, the challenge begins.........
To be debt free and financially free.
To owe no one anything but to arrive at my home in my car to greet my family without guilt or worry but with happiness, relaxation and joy at life.
Over all my life I have never really stood up to myself and admitted that I was in trouble and the the get rich quick fast money solutions do not exist but self confession, hard work and a committment to beat myself were the real answers.
So today that all changed, as though I woke up out of a dream and wondered, what the heck has happened! Here I am, no longer 20 something and invincible but, older and sadder at a loss of time and opportunity.
What this blog is about is my conquest and victory and the return of self esteem and satisfaction and being able to keep the pound I earn without wondering who should I pay first!
I listed my debts and the figure is staggering, not sure whether to share that yet, but believe me a few hundered thousand pounds is what is needed.
You may be wondering why the target date? Well again, a very personal date, significant to the most important person in my life. I am sure the time will come as my goal is achieved and the date reached, that I will share this with you as well.
I will attempt to fill my pages with a daily record and report incomes earned and monies raised and share with you as each debt is cleared and the wonderful joy of reaching that goal, financial freedom.
